Ontos Mk.1/Ergo
Ontos is my first take on the “Alice” style layout. After receiving an alice replacement pcb for a favor I challenged myself to design my own case around this pcb since I didn’t want to look for an expensive aftermarket board or a stacked acrylic one. The fluent lines, tapered sides and rounded corners are a departure from my usual straight and minimal (or “recht toe recht aan” like we say in NL) design language. The name “Ontos” or “ὄντος” translates and is interpreted from ancient Greek to the word "Being" or "Essence".
